Centrol of Iowa Overview

Based out of Nevada, Iowa, Centrol is a wholly-owned crop consulting subsidiary of the Key Cooperative. Centrol provide sound, unbiased agronomic information to meet the crop management needs of our producers.

Crop Scouting

Intensive summer long program where scouts monitor your crops on a weekly basis. Experienced Centrol Consultants will then provide timely, economic, and environmentally sound recommendations based on these reports.

They also offer tissue sampling, soybean cyst nematode sampling, rust testing, and nitrate and stalk testing.

Yield Mapping and Analysis

Centrol utilizes the latest software to produce detailed and precise yield information. This information is then entered into a database where growers can access their information online.

Centrol also offers yield monitor calibrations at the beginning of every harvest to ensure precise results.

Soil Sampling

Centrol uses Geo Referenced Soil Sampling results to make accurate crop nutrient recommendations.
