Our Crop Insurance Team:

Kevin Quinn - Credit Manager/Crop Insurance Specialist
Kevin joined the coop in 1981 and has been a strong advocate for member producers ever since. He has managed the credit department since 1991, and in 2000 began crop insurance sales. Kevin enjoys meeting one-on-one to develop risk management plans with many producers and looks forward to taking a more active role in crop insurance sales.

Randy Van Dyk - Crop Insurance Specialist
Randy has been helping Iowa producers with crop insurance since 1995. He has joined the Key Cooperative crop insurance team in 2010 servicing primarily the LeGrand location. Randy is well known for servicing many crop insurance accounts in the area. A past in education serves him very well in explaining the complicated details of crop insurance coverage for today’s producers.

Eric Sorensen - Crop Insurance Specialist
Eric has been involved in Iowa agribusiness his whole life. He began a career in crop insurance in 1998 as a Sales Manager for a major crop insurance company servicing agents for five years. He learned a lot about crop insurance through that time. His responsibilities involved educating agents on the details of crop insurance start to finish as well as annual update meetings. He also enjoyed speaking at producer meetings. Eric joined the Key Cooperative crop insurance team in 2003 to be able to explain crop insurance directly to producers. He enjoys one-on-one consultation with producers as well as the annual producer update meetings.

Waylon Vogl - Crop Insurance Specialist
Waylon grew up being involved in the family farm in SW Iowa. He received special training and began his crop insurance career as an underwriter for a major crop insurance company in 2001. After servicing crop insurance agents as underwriter for six years, he transitioned to working with producers as a processing manager. He enjoys working with producers on any coverage questions they may have throughout the year as well as making sure all reports are in timely and are processed accurately. He also works diligently in submitting claims and the follow-up work associated with them. Waylon has been a great addition to our team since 2008.
