Key Cooperative today announced they have finalized the purchase of Dunn Grain, LLC; a grain elevator located in St. Anthony, IA.
“The purchase of Dunn Grain represents an attractive opportunity to service additional growers,” said Key Cooperative General Manager, Jim Magnuson, “Its location compliments our current territory; and 800,000 bushels of grain storage, up-to-date handling and drying capacity allows us to better serve our members.”
The elevator will be available to take grain starting Monday, September 26. Hours of operation and services will be coordinated with Key Cooperative locations in Roland and Zearing. Long-time manager, Mark Thompson has been hired as Operations Manager.
Key Cooperative Operations Manager, Boyd Brodie noted, “This well maintained grain facility will be a great asset to our current members and provide a platform to expand services to current & new customers.”
