Key Cooperative Announces Ugliest Bathroom Contest Winner

This February Key Cooperative Lumber & Construction Services announced an Ugliest Bathroom Contest -giving away $1,000 in interior products to bring the bathroom back to life. The contest came to a close on March 15 with (12) different families submitting photos of their current ‘ugly’ bathrooms.

“We were very pleased with the number of submissions we received for this first time contest,” said Lumber & Construction Services Manager, Glenn Lewis, “We had a lot of fun looking at some really terrible bathrooms and hope we can still help some of these folks!”

Key Cooperative Lumber & Construction Services would like to congratulate Alan & Brenda Newell of Sully for winning the ugliest bathroom contest. The Newell family’s bathroom features original 1959 plastic turquoise and black wall tiles which are falling off.  In addition, the cabinet doors are missing and the flooring is stained & faded.
