Monica Lanser

Feed Ingredient Merchandiser

“I started working at the Key Cooperative at 49 years old and I haven't regretted that since day one. They have been like family to me and my husband, Brian, as he works at Key also. Getting to work with farmers has been one of the most rewarding parts of this job, and they have become my family also. God willing, I plan to stay here until I retire because the retirement benefits are top notch. They offer more in retirement than other companies and we appreciate that!"

Tyler Oberender

Propane Operations & Service Leader

“Shortly before graduating college, I stopped to fuel up at one of Key's fuel stations and saw a Key employee there. They asked if I 'needed a good job with benefits?' and that's what brought me into the Key Cooperative family! Even though I didn’t go to school to work for the co-op, the Energy department at Key has given me the opportunity to work beside farmers, customers and a good team of employees. While Key Cooperative’s primary focus is agricultural, Key has something to offer almost anyone."

Nicole Russell

Grain Accountant

“When I started at Key Cooperative, I was honestly just looking for a job. Throughout the 11 years I have worked at Key, I have had the opportunity to grow both in my professional and personal life. My coworkers and customers have become friends and family. One of the most important things to me, now, as a mom is how flexible and family friendly Key Cooperative is. I was able to progress in my career and achieve my dream job all while being a mom!"

Chris Gathman

CENTROL Operations Leader

“I was a custom applicator for ten years and really enjoyed getting to know a lot of customers. I got to work hand-in-hand with them to better serve their needs, and then I was able to grow in the company to a completely different position, moving from Custom Applicator/Maintenance into the position of CENTROL Operations Leader. I love working at Key!”
