Online Bill Pay - Make a Payment
Use the payment portal to:
- Pay your monthly statement via credit/debit card or bank withdrawal*
- Set up auto-pay
- Sign up for notifications of when your bill is due
To pay your bill, you will need your account number and zip code which is printed in your statement.
The payment portal is separate from Key Connect and does not feature grain information or copies of statements. If this is your first time using the payment portal, you will need to create a new login. *A 3% convenience fee will be added to any credit card charge.

New Statement
An updated statement format is another feature integrated with our new business system. You will first see the new format on your September statement, to be received in October.
Statement Features:
- Statements will now feature a summary page as page one
- Statements will be itemized by the business done with each division of Key Cooperative
- Statements will no longer include a running balance
- Statements feature a prepay recap
- Statements include a recap of active grain contracts
- Current propane budget bill customers will now receive only one statement each month

Customer Account FAQs
Can I make a payment online and how do I do that?
Yes, you can utilize our online bill payment option found on our website under Online Bill Pay. Additionally, if you register for Key Connect, you will be able to pay a bill through that application.
Can I pay an invoice or a statement with a credit card?
Yes, you can use a credit card to make a payment through the online bill pay site as well as the Key Connect application. You can also call your location and they can take your credit card payment.
*A 3% convenience fee will be added to any credit card charge
How do I access information about my Key account?
Key Connect is our new online access to all your account information. Visit the Customer Account link at the top right corner of the homepage to register for Key Connect. There is no charge to have access.
How can I electronically sign a grain, diesel or gas contract?
If registered for Key Connect, customers will have the ability to electronically sign a contract in the future. This is a feature that will be available some time this fall.
