Three directors have retired from the board following the conclusion of the virtual annual meeting. Rick Fopma, Bob Finch, & Brian Sampson have collectively served your cooperative over 50 years. They have seen Key through the original merger, guided our company through more than a decade of business model decisions and represented our member-owners with pride.
